Alix Earle’s stepmom, Ashley Dupré, apologized to Cheryl Burke after her Ozempic diss was met with backlash.

“I just wanted to jump on here and and apologize for making comments that were insensitive,” Dupré — who is married to Alix’s dad, Thomas “TJ” Earle — began her TikTok video Friday.

“In the heat of the competition, my step-motherly instincts got the better of me. Never ever do I ever want to make another person feel bad. In fact, I try to do the opposite,” the 40-year-old continued.

“I always try to pick others up. If you follow me, you know that — I hope — and that’s how we raise our children. I’m sorry that my actions did not reflect that.”

Her apology comes just one day after Burke, 41, also took to TikTok to defend herself against Dupré’s “body-shaming.”

Without naming Dupré directly, the “Dancing With the Stars” alum scolded those who “think body-shaming is OK, especially in front of your children,” arguing that it “sends a powerful message about what you value and, clearly, it’s not kindness.”

Burke added, “You don’t have to agree with my critique, but you do have to recognize the influence your words have on the next generation watching you. If that’s the example you choose to set then please, I beg of you, leave my name out of it.”

Fans immediately knew that the two-time mirrorball winner made the video in direct response to Dupré, who told her to “go take more Ozempic” via TikTok after she wasn’t too pleased with the guest judge during Tuesday’s “Halloween Night” episode of “DWTS.”

Burke gave Earle and pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy a nine for their tango while Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough gave it a perfect 10.

When one of her young children questioned the remark, Dupré doubled down, saying, “She looks weird. She doesn’t even look like that.”

Some users in the comments called out Dupré for “bullying” Burke, with one writing, “That ozempic comment was so unnecessary.”

Burke has already been a victim to body shaming and hate comments since debuting her dramatic transformation in May. Critics claimed she looked “unrecognizable” and others though she might be “sick.”

The choreographer had to address the trolls head on in a candid TikTok video later that month after being hurled at with “shocking and hurtful” digs from what she described as a  “firing squad.”

“I’m not on Ozempic. I’m not sick,” she clarified. “I didn’t get a face transplant, and no, I didn’t get a brow lift.

“The level of projection that is happening and that I’m witnessing is wild,” Burke continued, blasting haters for gossiping about her as if she isn’t “a person” — and for comparing her current looks to her younger self.

“I hate to break it to you, but that Cheryl doesn’t exist anymore,” she declared. “The assumptions are just exhausting as hell.”

Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
