Phyphers claimed to TMZ that he found messages between Richards and her alleged lover on her laptop. The texts allegedly showed plans to meet up at a hotel, and her telling him she’d sneak him into her room.

Phyphers claimed that when he confronted Richards about her alleged cheating, they ultimately decided to stay together.

However, on the Fourth of July, they had another explosive fight, which led to the official end of their marriage.

A rep for Richards did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on the cheating claims.

Phyphers’ latest allegations come shortly after the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 54, was granted a restraining order against her estranged husband over claims he abused her.

In court documents obtained by Page Six this week, Richards detailed several violent disputes she allegedly had with Phypers, including him threatening to kill her and himself if she reported him to police.

“Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack,” the actress claimed.

She also accused Phypers, 52, of bruising her eye during one of his attacks in 2022.

However, a source close to Phypers hit back at Richards’ claims, telling the Daily Mail that the “Denise Richards: It’s Complicated” alum’s black eye was actually caused by her alleged “alcohol problem.”

“This is consistent with the ongoing untruthfulness of Denise Richards, who is trying to hide her alcohol problem,” the insider claimed to the outlet Thursday.

“That photo was taken in winter 2022, and the fact is she was drunk at the time and fell coming up the steps to Aaron’s [since-closed medical] clinic, Q360.”

Phypers also denied the abuse “rumors and speculation” in a statement.

The estranged couple has a restraining order hearing scheduled for Aug. 8.

Nearly two weeks prior to Richards’ filing, Phypers filed to legally end his marriage after six years, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. He listed their separation date as July 4.

Phypers also requested that the court grant him spousal support.

A source recently claimed to the Daily Mail that Richards and Phypers’ marriage had become “toxic” and involved constant fighting.

“They have been having trouble for some time, but they had a row over the weekend where they basically were like, ‘F–k you,’ and he marched off to file for divorce,” the insider claimed.

Richards and Phypers married in September 2018. They share no children together.
