Since going their separate ways, Kidman has reportedly been living in their Nashville, Tenn., home with their two daughters — Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14 — while Urban has allegedly purchased a new property in the same city.

After selling their Franklin, Tenn., starter home for $2.7 million, the now-exes settled about 25 miles south at their Nashville compound.

They purchased the $3.47 million estate situated in the exclusive Northumberland gated community in 2008, according to Architectural Digest.

The two-acre property, dubbed the Queen of Northumberland, features a massive main house with seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a home theater and a 30-foot-long hobby room.

The yard boasts tennis courts and a luxurious swimming pool.

Urban and Kidman have considered their Nashville compound to be their primary residence throughout their marriage.

Urban and Kidman share a $4.7 million home in the exclusive Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood.

The mansion boasts five bedrooms, four and one-quarter bathrooms and a beautiful swimming pool with a cabana.

The exes purchased the contemporary abode — which sits on a 1.25-acre plot of land and spans roughly 4,100 square feet — in 2008.

The home was burglarized in February 2025.

$10 million New York City apartment

Amenities in the luxury building include a car elevator called a “Sky Garage,” which delivers vehicles to a parking lot located on the 10th floor.

Urban and the actress snapped up a $3.5 million pied-á-terre in the heart of the ritzy Tribeca neighborhood in 2020, The Post exclusively reported.

They allegedly decided on this specific home because the landmarked McKim, Mead & White building features three separate entrances.

“That’s one reason why she liked it — and there’s a garage she could drive her car into,” a source told us at the time.

Their condo features arched windows and wide-plank oak floors and state-of-the-art amenities in the building include a pool, a rooftop, a hot tub, a gym and a media room.

$6.5 million Australian farmhouse

They bought a massive 110-acre farm in Kidman’s native Australia in 2008.

Dubbed Bunya Hill — the estate in Sutton Forest, New South Wales — reportedly cost the exes between $4 million and $6.5 million.

The main house, a Georgian-style mansion built in 1878, features six bedrooms, a library, a pool room and wood-burning fireplaces.

The sprawling property also boasts a guest cottage and lush green fields for grazing cows and other livestock.

In 2009, Urban and Kidman bought another Australian residence — opting for a $4 million penthouse apartment in Sydney.

The beautiful building features towering glass windows overlooking the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Their 4,521-square-foot penthouse has access to an immaculately manicured rooftop, and the property features a pool, spa and fitness center, AD reported.

In July 2025, the “Babygirl” star applied for a residency permit in Portugal.

The Post then confirmed that Kidman and Urban own a plush pad in Lisbon.

 “While Nicole and Keith own a home in Portugal, their primary residence will continue to be in Nashville,” a source shared at the time.

They were rumored to have toured a property in one of Portugal’s most exclusive gated communities, CostaTerra Golf and Ocean Club.

Homes in the posh district allegedly have a starting price of $4.6 million, with turnkey homes allegedly priced at a low of $7 million, according to the Times UK.

The 722-acre development — located about 80 miles south of Lisbon — is known for its starry clientele, including George Clooney, Paris Hilton, and Princess Eugenie.
