Let’s All Bow Down To Brittany Snow, The Undisputed Queen of Titillating Television in 2025
All hail the queen of sexy television in 2025: Brittany Snow.
We’re just a few days into 2026 and I’m looking back at what can only be described as an incredible year for Snow, who starred in three different TV shows — The Hunting Wives, The Beast in Me, and Murdaugh: Death In the Family — and simultaneously gave us some of the sexiest moments of TV throughout the entire year. Honestly, I only added the qualifier of “some” in the last sentence because it would be criminal to take away credit from Heated Rivalry, which came in at the eleventh hour to give Hunting Wives a run for its money. I think even Snow and Malin Akerman — her Hunting Wives costar — would concede that the HBO Max romance is something to tip their hat at.

In looking back at 2025, however, I realized that not only did Snow produce incredible television for Netflix and Hulu that had everyone talking, she also happened to give us the most unapologetic sapphic sex scenes in at least a few years. Don’t come for me, but we’ve been deprived of good LGBTQ+ storylines and NSFW moments in recent years, and it shows — hence why shows like Heated Rivalry and The Hunting Wives are popping off. But back to Snow for the time being.
In The Beast in Me, Snow has the pleasure of playing Nina Jarvis, the kind but fed-up wife of enigmatic tech billionaire Nile Jarvis (Matthew Rhys). While the entire series builds on Nile and Nina’s sinister but deeply sexy tension, it all boils over when Nina confronts Nile about his being out at all hours of the night. As the two argue about his whereabouts, her general distrust of him, and their overall unhappiness with each other, the tension builds to the point where Nina slaps Nile, not once but twice, before the two start a passionate makeout session that quickly evolves into even more.

As the two grind into each other, the unspoken does even more of the talking as their passionate hatred sex drives their complicated relationship forward into even more chaos. Spoiler alert if you didn’t get through the entire series: they don’t exactly live out their days happily ever after.
That’s a fate shared by Snow’s character in The Hunting Wives, Sophie, and Akerman’s character, Margo. After a whole first season of intimacy behind closed doors and away from the eyes of their respective husbands, Season 1 concludes with the two characters at odds like never before. That may be a bitter ending, but at least the rollercoaster getting there was fun. Actually, “fun” might not be the word for it. Tumultuous, perhaps? Sexy as hell? That’s even better.
In fact, at one point while watching The Hunting Wives Season 1– probably right around the point where I was saying “this show is going to be huge” — my mouth was wide open at one of the intimate moments between Margo and Sophie. In Episode 4, when these two gal pals finally explore their connection beyond the surface level, and then three episodes later when they continue to develop their “friendship.” It’s a win for everyone, but mostly for fans of dirty, sexy television.

Truth be told, I didn’t watch Murdaugh: Death in the Family, so I don’t know what type of shenanigans Snow gets into there, but even without it, I’m happy to crown Snow the unofficial (but official in my book) queen of sexy TV for 2025.
The Hunting Wives and The Beast In Me are both streaming on Netflix. Murdaugh: Death in the Family is streaming on HBO Max.
Netflix offers three subscription plans to fit your streaming needs. The plans start at $7.99/month for standard with ads and go up to $24.99/month for unlimited ad-free streaming in up to 4K UHD quality.
