He was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition, authorities said.

The attacker fled after the stabbing and no description was immediately available.
Police also could not immediately say whether the victim and suspect knew each other, or what sparked the bloody feud.
In a separate attack later in the morning, a 40-year-old man was stabbed and left seriously hurt during a bloody Queens brawl, police said.

He was knifed in the chest and stomach around 10:35 a.m. at the corner of Woodward Avenue and Menahan Street in Ridgewood, authorities said.
The wounded man was rushed to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, where he was listed in critical but stable condition, cops said.
The assailant took off and no arrests have been made, according to authorities.
The violence comes as five people were shot — including a Bronx livery cab driver killed — in four separate incidents just hours into the new year, cops said.
