Bikini-clad Britney Spears reveals she injured herself on boat getaway

Britney Spears revealed she injured herself during her boat getaway as concern from her family grows.

In a since-deleted Instagram video posted Sunday, the pop star flaunted her figure in a hot-pink string bikini while posing aboard a yacht during her vacation to Mexico in celebration of her 44th birthday.

The clip abruptly ended just as Spears untied the back of her triangle top.

In the caption she wrote, “Did a flip off the boat but I hurt myself.”

The concerning video comes shortly after Spears reportedly went radio silent on her loved ones who worry about her “disturbing” behavior.

Spears is estranged from members of her immediate family, but close friends have reportedly tried to reach out to her and have been met with silence.

“She isn’t returning texts, won’t pick up calls, and won’t even read DMs,” a family insider told the Daily Mail on Nov. 20.

“It’s very frustrating, because we just want to make sure she’s OK, that life is good, that she’s taking care of herself. But she won’t have anything to do with us.”

A second family source claimed that “her behavior is disturbing” and raising “a lot of red flags right now,” as loved ones “don’t really know what to do next.”

A third insider told the outlet that her family was “going to put in a concerted effort around her birthday [Dec. 2] to get back in her good graces, or at least let her know that they’re there for her.”

Considering she spent her birthday seemingly alone in Mexico, that plan didn’t seem to work out.

The singer’s bizarre Instagram videos are nothing new, but concern really grew last month when she was spotted holding a champagne flute while leaving a wine bar, though her team insists she was not drinking any alcohol during the rare outing.

She also made headlines in October when she was spotted driving erratically after a night out with friends. The Grammy winner was seen swerving into other lanes after leaving the Red-O restaurant in Thousand Oaks, Calif.

The erratic behavior is said to be triggered by ex-husband Kevin Federline’s tell-all memoir, “You Thought You Knew,” which came out in October and put Spears “in a tailspin.”

“She’s spiraling. It’s reopening old wounds,” a source alleged to the Daily Mail.

Despite the horrific claims Federline made about the princess of pop’s parenting skills and violent behavior throughout their relationship, he shared that their two sons, Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19, are starting to work through things with their mom.

“They absolutely love their mom, right? I mean, they always, always have, always will,” he said last month on an episode of episode of “Talk Shop Live.”

“It’s instilled in them. And I’ve always wanted for them to have a connection with their mom, the way I have with my mom.”
