Blake Lively accuses Justin Baldoni of ‘throwing kitchen sink’ at her claims in new filing

It doesn’t end with Justin Baldoni’s request.

Three weeks after the actor filed a motion to dismiss Blake Lively’s lawsuit against him, his “It Ends With Us” co-star insisted she deserves her “day in court.”

The “Gossip Girl” alum’s latest filing, obtained by Page Six on Thursday, blasted Baldoni’s request as nothing more than his “latest effort to avoid accountability for the hostile environment” on set.

The heavily redacted 76-page court document accused Baldoni and his co-defendants of “throwing the kitchen sink at Lively’s sexual harassment and retaliation claims.”

Lively’s lawyers claimed Baldoni’s “litigation strategy” implemented “DARVO strategies,” a manipulation tactic defined as denying wrongdoing, attacking a victim and reversing victim and offender roles.

The attorneys pointed out that in addition to Baldoni filing an allegedly “frivolous lawsuit,” which was tossed in June, his team “supercharged” negative “narratives” about Lively.

They slammed Baldoni’s alleged “campaign to transform Lively — a mother of four with decades of experience in the industry who simply sought a safe and respectful workplace — into a ‘bully’ who ‘took over’” his movie.

The filing noted that while “Lively may be a movie star,” Baldoni was her boss “with a total consolidation of power” and the “power to exert influence over Lively’s working condition.”

“[This] collective power and conduct threatened Lively’s (and others’) ability to do her job, including by risking her chemistry with her costar, forcing her to spend significant time reporting and attempting to remedy their behaviors,” it read.

Lively’s claims — of alleged sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and lost wages — “must be sent to a jury,” the filing continued.

Baldoni’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

She and Baldoni began filming “It Ends With Us,” based off of Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel of the same name, in 2023.

Feud rumors swirled when the film premiered the following summer, only for Baldoni and Lively to promote the project separately despite playing love interests.

The actress filed a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department against the director in December 2024, followed by her official lawsuit later that same month.

Baldoni countersued Lively in January for $400 million, with Lively’s legal team alleged Thursday that his “continual disparagement of Lively … part and parcel of the sexual harassment,” continued after he filed.

The lawsuit, however, was thrown out over the summer, with the case officially closed in October.

The former “Man Enough” podcast co-host missed his chance to file an amended complaint in order to potentially appeal at a later date, his lawyer claimed at the time.

Baldoni requested Lively’s $161 million lawsuit be dismissed as well in November, claiming “no reasonable jury” would find him guilty.
