Jillian, 52, is seeking spousal support and reportedly blocked the musician, 60, from receiving it.

It is unclear if there was a date of separation listed or if there is a prenuptial agreement in place.

In April, Jillian was shot by cops after interfering with a wild police chase in Los Angeles.

The LAPD was responding to a hit-and-run on the freeway near Eagle Rock neighborhood after three suspects fled the scene and headed toward a residential neighborhood.

The police quickly barricaded off the area, however, a woman, later identified as Jillian, exited her home with a handgun.

She was told several times by law enforcement to drop her weapon but refused, pointing her gun toward police. Cops subsequently shot her and she ran into her home.

Jillian was taken into custody and booked for attempted murder, then taken to a nearby hospital where she was treated for her non-life-threating wounds.

A month prior, Jillian revealed that she had been diagnosed with cancer.

“Yes, I have a little bit of the C word y’all. I know a lot of us do,” she shared on social media at the time.

“I’m here to thank the incredible oncology team here, who pulled me through a complicated operation without a hitch,” she added. “I am always so grateful for every second of the compassionate and excellent medical care I receive in my life.”

Jillian and the rocker tied the knot in 2005.
