“I feel like honesty is the best policy,” the 26-year-old model, who Crawford shares with husband Rande Gerber, began in a clip posted to Instagram on Monday.

Presley went on to reveal that he is currently taking several different depressant meds – including Buprenorphine, Xanax and valium – to help treat his “panic attacks.”

“The benzos have been fluctuating up and down depending on what’s been going on in my life,” he said while relaxing in a spa. “Unfortunately, I’ve had a lot of loss in many different forms recently, so that is not an excuse, but it’s the reason why I am where I’m at now.”

“I don’t know if it’s a little bit or a lot, who f–king knows at this point anymore,” he added of the Xanax and valium.

However, Crawford’s son admitted that he was concerned about being prescribed so many different meds and that he doesn’t have “as much direction as I would like to have” when it comes to his ongoing treatment.

“The doctors say a lot of different things, so it’s kind of scary, but hopefully between my research and their research … and God, we can figure this out,” he shared. “The things that scare me are the things you need to take; if you don’t take them, something not good happens. And there’s a spectrum there on how intense the withdrawal from certain medications is.”

“I’d like doctors to be like, ‘Take this three times a day,’ but every psychiatrist I’ve had – I’ve had 15 – are like, ‘Here’s 20 medications and take this if you feel like this,” Presley added. “And I’m like, ‘No, don’t get me that much leeway.’ I need some direction.”

Besides being prescribed different medications, the former Dolce & Gabbana model has turned to exercise to help improve his mental health.

He has also quit drinking alcohol and is currently searching for a community of people who are “good influences” in his life.

“As I’ve grown up in Hollywood, there are a lot of people around me that I love to death, but right now I try not to be around them,” Presley admitted.

As for what inspired him to share his latest video, Crawford’s son said that he hopes to “reach people in many ways” who might be experiencing mental health struggles similar to his own.

“A. So you feel like you’re not alone, because that is how I feel most of the time, and I have a feeling that if I say all of this, a lot of people will at least know that there’s someone else going through it,” Presley said.

“And the second thing is, hopefully I find some people out here who are willing to help or know someone who can help,” he concluded his video alongside the caption, “Here’s some clarity for ya – the truth will set you free (hopefully) haha.”

Crawford, 59, and Rande Gerber, 63, tied the knot in 1998 and welcomed Presley one year later. They went on to have their daughter, model and actress Kaia Gerber, 24, in 2001.

Presley previously opened up about his battle with depression and his devotion to raising awareness about mental health on the Studio 22 podcast back in 2023.

“It’s a 24/7 job, and there’s so much to it,” he said at the time.

“That’s really what I want to do – help people, whether you’re depressed, you’re struggling with something that is having a negative effect on your body,” Presley added. “It could be anything, and there’s no judgment.”

Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
