She gently rocked back and forth, explaining to viewers how to perfect their form and effectively target their butt and legs.
“Try it,” Baldwin told viewers, as she crawled toward the camera. “It works. It’s fun. Love you.”
“Legs, butt, abs and lower back ✨❤️,” she captioned the clip. “Love this technique series…bringing back 80s and 90s workout vibes 😂✨.”
Several people praised the “Dancing With the Stars” alum, with one commenting, “More of this please!! You are an inspiration for the mamas! 😍.”
“The best form so few people really know and you show it so well!!” another gushed.
“Dang! You’re in excellent shape!!” a third added.
Baldwin often shares her workouts with her fans, and also posted another glute and leg workout video in her underwear last week.
At the time, the internet personality explained she chooses to wear little to nothing while instructing to “show the actions better.”
In another video, Baldwin said she works out to “feel strong, independent and capable,” and hopes her clips help other people learn to connect with their bodies rather than “trying to fill the void through all the negativity that is out there.”
“Therefore, move it every single day,” she said.
Aside from workout content, Baldwin often shares videos of herself dancing.
The “Manual Not Included” author was cast on Season 34 of “DWTS” with dance pro Gleb Savchenko.
However, she was axed from the competition during week 4 after performing a quickstep to the “Star Wars: A New Hope“ track “Cantina Band.”
Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
