Tom Brady’s NYC card shop robbed of nearly $10K of baseball, Pokemon cards

A slick thief made off with nearly $10,000 in baseball and Pokemon cards from a SoHo shop owned by NFL legend Tom Brady, cops said.

The still-at-large crook — seen in surveillance footage wearing a Yankees cap — entered CardVault by Tom Brady on Lafayette Street near Prince Street and tried to buy merch using a credit card in the Oct. 20 heist, police said Thursday.

When his card was declined, he fudged with the tap-to-pay system to trick the employee into believing the transaction went through, authorities said.

He then left with a haul of baseball and Pokemon cards worth $9,710, police said.

Police could not confirm what specific cards he’d stolen, and the store declined to comment.

“No kidding. That’s not nice. That happens with the city,” shopper Samantha Castaneda said of the theft as she headed out the store with her grandson.

“That’s terrible. The people feel like the card has value. It’s not just the money. People really love it, that’s why they buy it. I hope they find the guy.”

The suspect, seen inside the store in a video released by the NYPD Thursday, is described as a male with a medium complexion.

In addition to the baseball cap, he was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black shorts, white socks, white sneakers and carrying a multicolored bag with what appears to be a cartoon image.
