While a separate source close to the couple admits they are “going through a challenging time,” the insider insists they “are not on a break” and “are both committed to working on their relationship.”

Cooke, 43, and Batula, 34, tied the knot in September 2021 at her family’s New Jersey home. Their co-star and Loverboy business partner, Carl Radke, served as officiant, and the nuptials were featured on Season 6 of the reality show.
Cooke proposed to Batula three years prior, as cameras rolled for Season 3.
The Bravolebrities, who began dating in 2016 while filming Season 1, were originally set to walk down the aisle in September 2020. However, the COVID-19 pandemic forced them to postpone their wedding multiple times.
Viewers have witnessed many ups and downs for the pair, as Cooke previously admitted to cheating on Batula shortly before they got engaged.
Infidelity rumors have continued to plague the duo, but they’ve repeatedly put on a united front.
During “Summer House” Season 9, which filmed in 2024, Batula expressed a desire to establish herself outside of Cooke’s “shadow.” She has since launched a namesake swimwear line.
Cooke — who founded his canned alcoholic beverage company, for which Batula serves as creative and branding director, in 2018 — is now also a traveling DJ.
In recent years, the two have been on different pages about when to start a family.
