“Hypnotism is one of the many things that he does,” Aniston said about the hypnotherapist, 50, in an interview with Elle, published on Wednesday.
“He’s quite extraordinary, and helps many, many people. He’s very special, very normal, and very kind, and wants to help people heal, move through their trauma and stagnation into clarity.”
The “Friends” alum added, “It’s a beautiful thing to commit your life to.”
Just days before Aniston’s interview, the actress went Instagram official with Curtis.
On November 2, she celebrated the wellness coach’s 50th birthday, posting a black-and-white photo of them hugging.
“Happy birthday my love,” Aniston captioned the shot. “Cherished ❤️.”
Fans quickly took to the comments section to share their stamp of approval.
“You deserve to be loved endlessly, Jen. So happy for you!😍,” one account wrote, while a second user chimed in, “Couldn’t be happier for you two. My heart is exploding ❤️.”
Curtis, meanwhile, recently gave advice for finding love in your 40s.
“First love yourself and recognize that you are the perfect age and that life is not over at 42,” he expressed during an Instagram Q&A on Oct. 29. “When you are 62 and 72, you will look back at 42 and wish that you were that age.”
“And today is a great day to start looking. Go out, open yourself to love and smile, connect with people and most importantly, love yourself,” Curtis continued. “When you love yourself, you will magnetize more love to you.”
Aniston was first photographed out with her other half in July during a trip to Spain’s Mallorca island. Also on the vacation was the star’s close friend Jason Bateman and his wife, Amanda Anka.
Just one month later, Aniston and Curtis went on a double date in Malibu with her longtime pal and “Friends” co-star Courteney Cox and Cox’s boyfriend, Snow Patrol rocker Johnny McDaid.
“Her close friends love him. He’s amazing to be around,” a source told People in September about Aniston’s new romance. “He has this really calm and secure energy. Jen loves it.”
The insider noted that Curtis “feels different” than Aniston’s exes.
The Emmy winner was married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005. She then tied the knot again to Justin Theroux in 2015. The duo split in 2018.
Along with opening up about her new romance, Aniston has also been vocal about her years-long fertility journey and why she opted not to adopt.
“When people say, ‘But you can adopt,’ I don’t want to adopt,” the “Murder Mystery” vet said while on the “Armchair Expert” podcast in October. “I want my own DNA in a little person. That’s the only way, selfish or not, whatever that is, I’ve wanted it.”

“It just wasn’t in the plan, whatever the plan was,” she added to host Dax Shepard of having kids. “It’s very emotional, especially in the moment when they say ‘that’s it,’ because there is a weird moment when that happens.”
Rumors first started swirling about Aniston’s fertility during her divorce from Pitt, 61, with some suggesting they split because the actress prioritized her career over having a baby.
In reality, the “We’re the Millers” star had privately been undergoing in vitro fertilization.
“They didn’t know my story, or what I’d been going through over the past 20 years to try to pursue a family, because I don’t go out there and tell them my medical woes,” Aniston said in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. “That’s not anybody’s business.”
The “Picture Perfect” star added, “But there comes a point when you can’t not hear it – the narrative about how I won’t have a baby, won’t have a family, because I’m selfish, a workaholic. It does affect me – I’m just a human being. We’re all human beings. That’s why I thought, ‘What the hell?’ ”
Aniston and Pitt split shortly after he met Angelina Jolie on the set of 2005’s “Mr. & Mrs. Smith.”
They became romantically involved in 2005, before tying the knot in 2014 and officially divorcing in 2019. Pitt and Jolie, 50, are parents to Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne.
In 2022, Aniston revealed to Allure Magazine that she spent years undergoing IVF.
“I was trying to get pregnant. It was a challenging road for me, the baby-making road,” she revealed to the outlet.
“All the years and years and years of speculation … It was really hard. I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it. I was throwing everything at it,” continued Aniston.
“I would’ve given anything if someone had said to me, ‘Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.’ You just don’t think it. So here I am today. The ship has sailed.”
