‘Selling The OC’ Star Kaylee Riccardi Says Mattress Actress Riley Reid Is Truly The “Ariana Grande Of Porn”

Selling The OC star Kaylee Riccardi might be new to the Orange County branch of the Oppenheim Group, but she’s already turning heads with her A-list clientele. The self-proclaimed “Queen of the Desert,” Riccardi got her start in real estate by doing luxury rentals at Coachella, which helped her establish a network of celebrities, millionaires, influencers, CEOs and beyond. After getting her real estate license 5 years ago, Riccardi became known for lavish listings and high-profile buyers.

In Episode 1, Riccardi shocked the agents by announcing that she has a client with a budget of $6M looking to purchase a home in Orange County. Riccardi announces: “She’s an entrepreneur, has a bunch of companies. She has a social media agency, and she happens to be the biggest porn star in the world.” Boss Jason Oppenheim immediately wants to know her name. “It’s Riley Reid,” says Riccardi.

Although the O Group agents feigns ignorance, Reid is a woman who needs no introduction. Recently inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame, the adult film actress has won over 50 awards since 2010 for her impressive body of work. With over 3.5 million followers on Instagram and TikTok combined, Reid has a dedicated audience always eager to watch her display her skills on screen.

Most of the realtors in the office are supportive. The only skeptical one is Gio Helou who asks: “Don’t you think OC might be a bit conservative for a client like that?” “I don’t give a shit,” replies Riccardi. “She doesn’t either.” So later, when Helou complains about his “slow” $9M Oceanfront listing in Newport Beach, Riccardi jumps at the chance to bring Reid and her husband, Pavel “Pasha” Petkuns, for a tour. “The community is a little old school,” says Helou gently. Undeterred, Riccardi presses on. “She has a family and a daughter…she’ll be fine.”

So, in Episode 2, Helou welcomes Riccardi, Reid and Petkuns to the Oceanfront property to show them around the place. As they all make small talk, it’s clear how down to earth both Reid and Petkuns are. “We’re a family, we have a daughter. We’re just regular people,” says Petkuns good naturedly. While Helou drops plenty of double entendres during the tour, Reid and Petkuns handle his jokes with ease.

While the home was not exactly in Reid’s and Petkuns’ price range (and it didn’t have a yard), the couple were glad they got a chance to see it in person. The wildest moment with Reid was not when she got in the shower with Riccardi and Helou to test the occupancy, but when Reid and her husband stepped outside and were met by a mob of eager young male fans.

“Would you guys like a picture?” asked Reid sweetly. “Are you over 18 years old?” The boys responded with a resounding “yes” as Reid posed with them happily. During a press junket for the new season of Selling The OC, Riccardi and Helou look back on that incredible moment. “I’ve only known Riley for about a year-ish,” began Riccardi. “She’s really great, and, I’m telling you, that crowd of people was completely organic.”

“We had Riley walk into the house to film her entrance and within two minutes of her being outside, this group of 20 to 25 young gentlemen fans just appeared,” remembers Riccardi. “It was crazy.” Helou is all too happy to confirm Riccardi’s story. “She was so sweet,” added Helou, clearly relieved that his concerns were for naught. “She is, for sure, the Ariana Grande of porn,” says Riccardi with a wink.
