In a candid TikTok video shared Monday, the only daughter of Michael Jackson told her more than 76,000 followers that she had “never actually addressed” her septal perforation, which is a hole in the cartilage or bone between your nostrils, per the Cleveland Clinic.

In a candid TikTok video shared Monday, the only daughter of Michael Jackson said that she had “never actually addressed” her septal perforation, which is a hole in the cartilage or bone between your nostrils. parisjacksonbrasil/Tiktok

“And that is because I have what is called a perforated septum,” she added before shining her phone light up to her nose to show viewers the hole.

“That is umm … what you think it’s from. Don’t do drugs, kids. Or, I mean, do. Everyone is going to have the experience they need to have with life. I’m not going to tell anyone what to do. But I don’t recommend it because it ruined my life.”

Paris said that she didn’t “want to get plastic surgery to fix” her nose because she is “almost six years sober.”

“You have to take pills when you do a surgery that gnarly and I’m just … I don’t wanna f–k with that,” she admitted.

“I’ve been living with this since I was about 20 and it’s a bitch when you’re in the studio.”

The “Let Down” singer confessed that she can put a spaghetti noodle through her nostril and pull it back and forth.

Paris concluded her video by letting her followers hear the whistling sound as she breathes through her nose.

In January, the “Swarm” actress celebrated five years of sobriety from alcohol and heroin.

“it’s because i’m sober that i get to smile today. i get to make music. i get to experience the joy of loving my dogs and cat,” she wrote in a candid post on Instagram at the time.
