Kathy Griffin celebrated turning 65 in true D-List-royalty fashion — with a cheeky, star-packed birthday dinner party hosted by her close friend, pop icon Sia.

Sources tell Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” that the intimate gathering was designed with a wink. Griffin was seated in a small room connected to the bathroom, and the table was positioned so guests would pass by, see her and inevitably shower her with compliments throughout the night.

The setup played out like a scene from “My Life on the D-List,” evoking the self-aware humor of Griffin’s beloved Bravo reality show and the era that helped transform her into a pop-culture fixture.

The guest list matched the fun, eclectic energy of the evening, as seen in a photo exclusively shared with Page Six.

Attendees included Lisa Rinna and husband Harry Hamlin, Selma Blair, Laraine Newman, Mayan Lopez and Ann Lopez, Nancy Lee Grahn, Ed Begley Jr. and his family, comedian Atsuko Okatsuka, actress-comedian Mo Collins and more.

With actors, comics, activists and TV personalities all packed into the private dinner, the celebration reflected the wide-ranging circle Griffin has amassed over decades in the business.

The celebration comes on the heels of Griffin’s headline-making moment on “Sherri,” where she surprised host Sherri Shepherd — and viewers — by stepping onto the stage in a tiny red bikini to ring in her milestone birthday.

Griffin proudly showed off her fit figure, joking about her “cellulite” and declaring she had “no shame” about aging in the spotlight. The moment quickly went viral, with fans praising her confidence.

She has also been open about undergoing her third facelift — by Dr. Ben Talei, who also performed the same procedure on Sia — which the actress has discussed with her signature self-deprecating humor.

Griffin quipped on SiriusXM’s Page Six Radio this week that no one comes to see her perform because of her face — only for the comedy — but she’s still allowed herself the freedom to tweak whatever she wants.

And the birthday festivities aren’t slowing her down. She recently debuted her new comedy special, “My Life on the PTSD-List” — a tongue-in-cheek nod to the reality-TV chapter of her life that breaks down everything she’s weathered since — on YouTube.

Griffin also launched a new stand-up tour. Her “New Face, New Tour” show blends fresh material with the raw personal stories fans have been eager to hear in person, she explained to us.

Between the star-studded dinner, the bikini reveal, her self-proclaimed “new face” and comedic accomplishments, Griffin’s 65th marks a major new chapter — one full of humor, reinvention and exactly the kind of unapologetic Kathy energy Sia wanted to toast.

Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
