Kelly Ripa quipped, “As Euphoria fans, you guys really make us earn it.”
Sweeney replied, “We have to earn it, too! We wait just as long as you guys.”
The 28-year-old actress confirmed that she and her co-stars are no longer in high school in the new season, teasing that “it would be a little weird at this point.”
Consuelos recalled, “My daughter was, I think, a freshman in college and I asked her if she wanted to watch the show with me.”
Sweeney was quick to ask, “With you?”
Ripa added, “She goes, ‘Do you know what Euphoria‘s about?’”
Consuelos shared that they went ahead and started watching the first episode of the TV-MA drama, stunning Sweeney, who stars on Euphoria as Cassie Howard.

“Oh you really, you sat there and watched it with her?” she asked.
Consuelos continued, “Ten minutes in, we were like, we can’t do this.”
Sweeney teased that was a “smart decision,” and Ripa joked that her husband and daughter “had a TV breakup.”
“They were like you go to your space and watch it, and I’ll go to mine,” she added.
Last month, HBO Max announced that Euphoria Season 3 will finally arrive in Spring 2026, four years after Season 2 debuted. The new installment is welcoming some new cast members, including Danielle Deadwyler, Trisha Paytas, Eli Roth, and Natasha Lyonne.
