NFL Week 10 survivor pool guide: Picks, analysis, strategy
Just north of 12 percent of entries received the boot from the massive Vegas Survivor contest Sunday by Circa with a $15 million grand prize when the Packers lost to the Panthers as 14-point favorites.
We are down to less than 2,000 contestants still alive as Week 10 comes around in what looks like a gauntlet of a week.

Unlike last week, which had three double-digit favorites to choose from, there are none this week at the time of writing.
Green Bay busted many survivor pools Sunday, and we look to avoid that harsh reality.
If you’re still alive, you’ve managed to survive some brutal breaks en route to what you hope will be a big payday come January.

Broncos (-9.5) vs. Raiders
Las Vegas just played an overtime game where their defense got smashed and was on the field for 60 plays in that game.
Here’s a crazy stat.
“Teams off overtime games are 6-27 ATS on Thursday night since 1989.” — Per Walter Football.
Well, we only need a win; the cover part is just an added bonus if you’re looking to bet on it.
This is my favorite spot of the week, as the Broncos have the added benefit of playing at home at Mile High.

Panthers (-5.5) vs. Saints
Tyler Shough looked pretty terrible last week for the Saints, while the Panthers showed they can ride a solid run game to payday.
Carolina is also excellent against the run, allowing just 4.6 yards per carry, the ninth-best figure in the NFL.
The Saints can’t really survive without a ground attack.
Betting on the NFL?
Jets (-1.5) vs. Browns
The Jets played some better football against the Bengals. Both teams are coming off a bye week, but this is one of the few spots where I suspect the Jets will be favored.
If you’re looking for an extreme punt play, this is your spot to hold some teams for later in the season where there could be better opportunities.
