An alleged perv groped little girls at a Long Island TJ Maxx in three separate incidents, cops said — but his lawyer claims he just “brushed along” the kids.
Jimmy Harry Velasquez Gomez, 44, allegedly touched a 9-year-old girl inside the Medford TJ Maxx last Wednesday evening and was busted three days later, authorities said.

Suffolk detectives said the disturbing encounter was just the latest in a string of incidents involving Gomez — who police claim previously groped a 7-year-old girl in April as well as an 11-year-old girl in September inside the very same store.
His lawyer said Monday it was all just a misunderstanding.
“He claims that he was just passing by in the aisle and brushed along,” attorney Joseph Hanshe said in a statement. “He said he didn’t do anything wrong.”
Gomez is a maintenance worker who legally immigrated from Honduras and has lived in Suffolk County for roughly nine years, authorities said. His immigration status wasn’t immediately clear.
He now faces three counts of first-degree sexual abuse on top of another three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, officials said.
Gomez has since pleaded not guilty and is being held at Suffolk County’s third precinct on $50,000 bail and may see more felony charges coming his way, prosecutors detailed.
