Follow The Post and 2Way for live coverage of election night

Election night is finally here. After months of debates, rallies, and a race that’s captured national attention, New York City will make its decision about who will become the city’s next mayor on Tuesday.
The Post and 2WAY will be covering this election — a contest that keeps tightening between Democrat nominee Zohran Mamdani and independent candidate Andrew Cuomo — and other significant races across the country, including the gubernatorial races in New Jersey and Virginia that have even drawn in Barack Obama and President Donald Trump.

Beginning at 8PM on Tuesday, sign on to NYPost.com or youtube.com/@nypost where I and fellow Post columnist Rikki Schlott will join 2WAY’s Mark Halperin to parse the latest data and report on election results as they come in.
We’ll also be joined by City Hall Bureau Chief Craig McCarthy, members of The Post Editorial Board and reporters at each candidate’s watch party who have covered every aspect of this race — from the launch of each mayoral hopeful’s candidacy, Cuomo’s Democratic Primary loss to Mamdani, Eric Adams dropping out and the key debates between the contenders.
“This is shaping up to be one of the most consequential elections, especially for New York City,” says Halperin. “We’re proud to once again partner with the New York Post to deliver a truly interactive experience, where viewers can engage directly with the 2WAY community and the New York Post team to debate the results, the surprises, and the leaders who’ll define what comes next.”
Unlike other news programs, our coverage will be interactive — allowing you to share your reaction and hear from other viewers in real time.
So don’t just refresh X every two seconds and stare at the latest message in your group chat — grab a drink and join us for substantive conversation about what’s happening and what it means for each state, city, and ultimately the nation.
This Tuesday will be a historic night so join us as we cover the future of Curtis Sliwa, Andrew Cuomo and Zohran Mamdani in New York City; Mikie Sherrill and Jack Ciattarelli in New Jersey and Abigail Spanberger and Winsome Earle-Sears in Virginia.
If you want to participate in this livestream and share your thoughts on the outcome of the mayoral race or any of the elections, register to participate at 2Way’s website.
The Post will also be sharing live updates all night on our website and liveblog.
