Cunningham served as an honorary pace car driver for the event, while Sweeney brought out the checkered flag.

The 29-year-old Fever guard has rapidly become one of the WNBA’s most recognizable stars, bolstered by her provocative social media presence and opinionated podcast.

From consistently trolling superstar teammate Caitlin Clark to offering a light-hearted response after being struck by a sex toy during a game in August, Cunningham has been lauded for her sense of humor and has amassed over three million followers across Instagram, TikTok, and X.

Back in Arizona for the Cup Championship, the former Mercury guard’s latest quip involving Sweeney comes after the “Euphoria” star went viral on Wednesday for wearing a sheer silver dress at the Variety Power of Women event in Los Angeles.

Sweeney, 28, was one of five honorees at the event alongside Kate Hudson, Wanda Sykes, Nicole Scherzinger, and Jamie Lee Curtis.

She dedicated her speech to boxing champ Christy Martin, whom she is portraying in her upcoming film, “Christy,” which is set to be released in theaters on Nov. 7.

Sweeney and Martin were recently spotted at Dodger Stadium during Game 4 of the World Series on Oct. 28, sporting matching Shohei Ohtani jerseys.

For Cunningham, the Fever guard has remained in good spirits as she recovers from a season-ending knee injury in August.

On Saturday, Cunningham posted an update on the status of her injury, confirming that she has resumed physical activity.

“She’s back,” she wrote along with a video of her jogging on a treadmill.

Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
