Rather than premiering at its normal time, Sunday at 9 p.m. ET, HBO Max subscribers will be able to stream “It: Welcome to Derry” Episode 2 as soon as the clock strikes midnight on Halloween.

HBO’s newest original series is set in the world of Andy Muschietti’s “It” (2017) and “It Chapter Two” (2019), a two-part film adaptation of Stephen King’s novel. “Welcome to Derry” is set 27 years before the events of “It,” tracing more of Pennywise’s sinister origins.

Here’s how to watch Episode 2 of “It: Welcome to Derry” just in time for Halloween.

Episode 2 of “It: Welcome to Derry” will drop at 12 a.m. ET on Oct. 31, exclusively on the episode HBO Max streaming service.

The episode will then air on HBO’s linear cable channel at its normal time, Sunday at 9 p.m. ET.
