Jen Affleck Went Home After Being Voted Off During “Halloween Week”

Tonight’s episode of Dancing With The Stars was filled with ghastly and creepy performances that made the audience shiver in fear. It was “Halloween Night” in the famous ballroom, as celebrity contestants and their partners gave their all to deliver routines that managed to hook the judges and the audience’s attention.

Tonight’s competition was divided in two rounds, with the second round being the famous Dance Monster-Thon. In this specific round, judges brought out each couple, one at a time. If a couple stayed in the round for as long as possible, they earned more points. The last couple that stood till the end of the round, won! At the end of the night, the total scores of judges, live viewer votes, and the second round were added up to determine which couple got eliminated.

To begin with, the first performance of the night was made by celebrity contestant Whitney Leavitt and her partner Mark Ballas. This performance helped Leavitt channel the anxiety and pressure that she has been going through during this competition, and that truly amazed the judges, which made the couple earn a wonderful score of 37 out of 40. She also earned her second 10 this week! Furthermore, the guest judge of the night was Cheryl Burke, the famous ex-pro who has won two Mirrorballs in the past.

What Happened To Elaine Hendrix On Dancing With The Stars?

Celebrity contestant Elaine Hendrix didn’t participate in this week’s episode because of an injury to her ankle that happened during rehearsal, an accident that landed her in the hospital. (Talk about scary!) Nevertheless, the production team of DWTS showed the rehearsal of their performance for the judges to vote, which earned them a score of 32 out of 40. Fans of the couple can take a breath of relief, since they weren’t eliminated this week.

Now, let’s continue by sharing which couple was able to get the highest scores of the night. The performance by influencer Alix Earle and Val Chermo got a judges score of 39 out of 40, which positioned them at the top of the leaderboard.

The couple of celebrity Whitney Leavitt and Mark Ballas got 5 extra points because they won the Monster-Thon round, so their final score was of 42 points in total, which made them second on the leaderboard.

Who Left Dancing With The Stars Tonight?

Now, let’s focus on which couple had the lowest votes of the night, comedian Andy Richter and his pro Emma Slater. The couple danced to a Paso Doble to the “Symphony No. 5 in C minor, Op. 67: I. Allegro con brio,” composed by Ludwig van Beethoven. The judges gave them a score of 28 out of 40, which put them at the bottom of the leaderboard.

And now, it’s finally the time to announce the couple that was eliminated from the competition this week. No, it wasn’t Andy and Emma, despite their lowly score. Rather, it was a very shellshocked Jen Affleck and Jan Ravnik. The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star seemed very disappointed but graciously thanked her partner for a wonderful experience in the ballroom.
