While Tracker Season 3 will be missing Velma (Abby McEnany) and Bobby (Eric Graise), Reenie (Fiona Rene) and Randy (Chris De’Sean Lee) will be back to help Colter — not to mention, the premiere marks the return of Colter’s brother, Russell Shaw, played by fan-favorite guest star Jensen Ackles.
