The only laugher they enjoyed came against Jake Browning and the Bengals, and he’s now a backup to failed Browns starter Joe Flacco.

Even this past weekend, while facing a Jets team that couldn’t secure a first down if they had 20 attempts, the Broncos only escaped with a two-point win thanks to Gang Green’s incompetence.

There are also several factors working for the Giants here.

They have the rest advantage after playing last Thursday, and even the Broncos’ travel edge is somewhat negated by Denver having to fly back from London.

The Giants are not as good as they looked last week against Philadelphia, but their offense is competent enough, and the defense can get pressure on Bo Nix to keep this game close entering the fourth quarter.

Dolphins (+2.5) over BROWNS

While the Dolphins are truly awful and on the verge of exploding at any minute, the one thing they have done relatively well this year is score.

Excluding their Week 1 no-show vs. the Colts, they’ve averaged 25.2 points across their last five games and scored at least 21 points in each game.

Meanwhile, the one thing the Browns don’t do is score. The move to Dillon Gabriel has resulted in 26 points across the last two games, including nine against the Steelers in Week 6.

Betting on the NFL?

The Dolphins are realistically a play or two away the last two weeks from being 3-3 and having a three-game winning streak.

Sure, Cleveland back Quinshon Judkins may run wild here, but the Browns’ defense hasn’t been as good as advertised.

One bonus for Miami is that with this game being played in mid-October, so the late-season weather concerns for the Dolphins don’t really apply.

2025 record: 3-8-1
Last week: 0-2; Colts (L); Broncos (L)
