Former longtime Cowboys backup quarterback Cooper Rush, who started last week for Jackson, will get the nod again in place of the two-time MVP.
Baltimore has also ruled out five-time All-Pro middle linebacker Roquan Smith (hamstring) and All-Pro fullback Pat Ricard (calf) for the Week 6 contest.
The Ravens, who have slid to 1-4 on the season, will host the Rams (3-2) on Sunday in their last game before a Week 7 bye.
Jackson, 28, initially injured his hamstring during the Ravens’ 37-20 loss to the Chiefs in Week 4.
The four-time Pro Bowler was limited to 14-for-20 passing, accumulating 147 yards with one touchdown and one interception.
