Netflix’s ‘The Woman in Cabin 10’ + More

This week, there are loads of great new titles arriving to streaming, from creepy thrillers to heartfelt biopics and everything in between. New Movies & Shows To Stream This Weekend: The Woman in Cabin 10, John Candy: I Like Me, The Chair Company + More

If you’re looking for a creepy new thriller, look no further than The Woman in Cabin 10, which stars Keira Knightley. The film, based on the bestseller by Ruth Ware, debuts on Netflix this Friday. On Prime Video, you can reminisce about comedian John Candy, star of Uncle Buck and Planes, Trains and Automobiles, by watching the new documentary John Candy: I Like Me. And on HBO Max, The Chair Company marks the latest collaboration between Tim Robinson and Zach Kanin – the duo also created I Think You Should Leave and The Detroiters.

Keira Knightley stars in the new Netflix thriller The Woman In Cabin 10 as a journalist who witnesses a woman getting thrown overboard while she’s a guest on a mega yacht. When She reports the incident, not only does no one believe her, but she’s told that all the guests on board have been accounted for, making her unsure of what she saw. The film co-stars Guy Pearce, Hannah Waddingham, Kaya Scodelario and Gugu Mbatha-Raw.

John Candy: I Like Me is a new documentary film about the Canadian comedy icon directed by Colin Hanks and from producer (and fellow Canadian) Ryan Reynolds. Providing a look at Candy’s career and personal life, Candy’s family and friends reflect on the man whose life was cut short when he passed away at the age of 43 in 1994.

Tim Robinson leads the cast of The Chair Company, the new comedy premiering on HBO and HBO Max this Sunday. In the series, which co-stars Lake Bell, Sophia Lillis, Will Price, Joseph Tudisco and Lou Diamond Phillips, Robinson plays Ron Trosper, a man investigating an elaborate conspiracy after he suffers an embarrassing workplace incident. I’m uncomfortable already. New episodes debut weekly, with the season finale arriving on Nov. 30.
