Kate Gosselin receiving ‘extra love’ from boyfriend Steve Neild after knee surgery
Kate Gosselin is being cared for by her boyfriend, Steve Neild, while she recovers from her knee surgery.
The “Jon & Kate Plus 8” alum updated her fans on her healing journey by sharing a slideshow of photos to show a “Day in My Life Now” via Tiktok Wednesday.

In one of her photos, she shouted out her beau as she shared a picture of her breakfast, which consisted of cereal and coffee.
“Breakfast made with extra love…by you know who,” she wrote alongside a laughing emoji, seemingly referring to Neild. “Protein/Fiber cereal with Banana.”
Gosselin, 50, was hospitalized last week with a tibial plateau fracture after her dog accidentally ran into her during play time at the park with her boyfriend.
She later announced she was discharged from the hospital on Oct. 2 after she underwent “surgery with plates and pins in [her] leg.”
Gosselin revealed to her TikTok followers that she had been in a new relationship for “a little over a year, maybe 14 [or] 15 months” in September.
The TLC star didn’t reveal the name of her new boyfriend and explained that “he doesn’t really like to be on TikToks.”
However, a source later exclusively told Page Six that Gosselin is dating Nield — her former bodyguard —and is currently living with him.
“They have wedding plans, it’s that serious,” the insider shared.
“There’s no doubt that Kate is crazy about him … things are serious, they have discussed wedding plans and moving on that next stage,” the source added.
Neild and Gosselin have been the subject of dating rumors for years dating to back to when he first started working for the reality star in 2008.
At the time, both parties were married (Kate divorced her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin, in 2009) and were rumored to have engaged in an affair — which Kate vehemently denied at the time.
Neild is now divorced, and has been photographed many times with the mother of eight over the years while working as her bodyguard.
