The one-of-a-kind residence looks much the same as Fallon and his wife left it three years ago, antler chandelier and all.
The massive four-unit combination triplex is located in what is considered the city’s oldest surviving co-op, surpassing even the famous Dakota building on the Upper West Side. Fallon bought the home as a one-bedroom bachelor pad in 2002 for just $850,000, and slowly pieced together several more co-op apartments over more than a decade.
The whimsical, nearly 5,000-square-foot residence includes a saloon, secret passageways and a custom staircase — all of which Fallon installed. Crains New York first reported on Delevingne’s listing, which is held by Stefani Berkin of R New York.
Fallon and his movie-producer wife Nancy Juvonen put the personality-filled home up for sale in 2021 for $15 million. Delevingne snapped it up a little over a year later with an attractive $4.2 million discount.
Fallon and Juvonen departed from the tony Gramercy Park address for parts unknown — but the talk show host’s 11-year stint on “The Tonight Show” was recently extended to 2028, per his multi-million dollar contract, so the former “SNL” cast member isn’t leaving the Big Apple anytime soon.
Delevingne’s ownership status in New York City is also unclear. The Post previously reported that the multi-hyphenate Brit was spending more time in the city last year after her $7 million mansion in Studio City burned down in a 2024 fire. The blaze left the residence and its contents heavily damaged, outlets reported, and Delevingne sold the home at a significant loss.
Listing photos show the home largely untouched since Fallon’s tenure — the same aqua blue couch and vintage floral wallpaper adorn the living room, and a rustic media room still maintains an antler light fixture and plaid-covered walls.
A foyer sets off the home on the seventh floor, which connects to the living room and an eat-in kitchen with a view of Gramercy Park. Three bedrooms and a laundry room complete the level.
Upstairs is the eye-catching saloon room, a living area with a vintage bar decorated with stained glass, rustic wood paneling and a gas fireplace. A primary suite on the ninth floor completes the triplex with skylights, another gas fireplace and another bar. Two more bedrooms finish out the six-bed spread.
Residence in the Queen Anne-style building comes with a highly coveted key to Gramercy Park — the gated oasis that only a select few New Yorkers have ever visited.
