“Due to some ongoing medical issues, Ace has made the difficult decision to cancel the remainder of his 2025 dates,” the musician, dubbed The Spaceman and Space Ace, announced in an Instagram post on Monday, Oct. 6.

Frehley had several shows planned for October and November to support his most recent solo album, “10,000 Volts,” which dropped in February 2024. The record marked his first release of original material since “Spaceman” back in 2018.

Fans of Frehley and Kiss, meanwhile, rushed to the comments section of his message to wish the “Rock and Roll All Nite” musician well amid his ongoing health issues.

“Oh no! Take all the time you need. Your fans will always be here for you,” one person wrote. “I hope you get better soon. We love you more than you know!”

“We love you, Ace!” added another. “Please look after yourself, and we all wish you the best, always!”

“Sending good vibes your way Space Ace,” commented a third, while a fourth shared, “Have a quick speed of light recovery!”

However, this wouldn’t be the first time Frehley had to cancel an event due to his health.

Last month, the “Spaceman” artist announced that he couldn’t make a performance at the Antelope Valley Fair in Lancaster, California, scheduled for Sept. 26, because he suffered “a minor fall in his studio” that resulted “in a trip to the hospital.”

“He is fine, but against his wishes, his doctor insists that he refrain from travel at this time,” read another message on the “Cold Gin” writer’s Instagram page.

“Please go to the fair to support his friends in Quiet Riot and Vixen,” it continued, “and Ace looks forward to continuing on his tour and finishing work on his next album, ‘Origins Vol. 4.’”

Fans again rushed to the comments section to offer Frehley their support following the scary incident.

“Ace, you don’t know me. I’m a faceless scream in the crowd,” one person shared. “But I have been a fan since 1975. I’ve seen you from the rafters and in the front row. I wish you the best in recovery and beyond.”

“We will miss you!” said another. “Hope you feel better and to rock again with you soon!”

“Sending you positive energy, Ace!” commented a third, while a fourth wrote, “Tell him we love him.”

Frehley co-founded Kiss alongside Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley and Peter Criss in 1973, and remained with the band until his departure in 1982.

After forming his own band, Frehley’s Comet, and then embarking on a solo career, the Bronx native rejoined the “Detroit Rock City” hard rockers for a highly successful reunion tour in 1996 and remained until 2002.

The “Shock Me” musician made headlines in August when he and his former Kiss bandmates were announced as 2025 Kennedy Center honorees.

“A dream come true that I never thought would materialize,” Frehley told TMZ at the time.

This year’s Kennedy Center Honors is set to air from the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC, on Sunday, Dec. 7.
