“He really crushed it in surprising me,” Swift, 35, gushed while promoting her new album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” on “The Graham Norton Show” Friday, per People.
“While we were talking on his podcast, he had a complete garden built out the back of his house to propose in,” the multi-Grammy-winner, who referenced her future husband several times on the new record, continued. “He went all out – 10 out of 10.”
However, the pop superstar stayed quiet when pressed about the pair’s upcoming wedding plans.
“You’ll know,” Swift told the UK talk show host. “I want to do the album stuff first, and the wedding is what happens after in terms of planning.”
“I think it will be fun to plan,” she added.
Although the “Fate of Ophelia” songstress kept her and her football star fiancé’s nuptial plans under wraps, she did reveal at least one person who will be invited to the no doubt star-studded ceremony.
While promoting “The Life of a Showgirl” further during another interview with BBC Radio 1’s Greg James on Friday, the “Opalite” singer said that he was “obviously” invited to her and Kelce’s wedding.
“You and I have known each other for so long – longer than Travis has known you,” the British broadcaster began. “I need to just check that the vibes are strong from him. I think he’s a great guy, but I need to check for sure.”
After James, 39, joked that he’d love to play catch or wrestle with the 35-year-old Kansas City tight end, Swift suggested the pair could do that when she and Kelce tie the knot.
“The way that he’s going to do that as soon as he sees you at our wedding,” the “Elizabeth Taylor” singer responded. “That’s gonna happen.”
“Am I coming?” James asked in shock before Swift replied, “Obviously.”
“By the way, thanks for the invite to the wedding,” he teased later on in the interview. “I don’t normally like a destination wedding, but for you, I would make an exception.”
The “Actually Romantic” singer, who currently has no plans to go back on tour anytime soon, first announced her new album during an appearance on Kelce and his brother Jason’s “New Heights” podcast on Aug. 13.
“This is my brand new album,” Swift said before unveiling “The Life of a Showgirl” and its orange-green color scheme.
“This is the record I’ve been wanting to make for a really long time,” she added.
Days later, the pair shared their exciting engagement news.
“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” the lovebirds shared in a joint Instagram post, which included photos of the NFL star down on one knee and the billionaire songwriter with a large, shiny engagement ring in a colorful garden.
Some of the songs that appear to reference Kelce on Swift’s fresh 12-track album include “The Fate of Ophelia,” “Elizabeth Taylor,” “Opalite,” “Eldest Daughter,” “Actually Romantic,” “Wi$h Li$t,” “Wood” and “Honey.”
