Both women were taken to the Kings County Hospital Center, while a 55-year-old woman also found in the burning building was taken to Staten Island University South in stable condition, cops said.
She appears to be related to the 24-year-old victim, sources said.
Another civilian was taken to Interfaith Hospital with a minor injury, and a fifth person refused medical attention, fire officials said.
The blaze drew a dozen FDNY units – including 60 cops and firefighters – to the scene, the department said.
The fire was placed under control by 2:15 a.m., and its cause remains under investigation by fire marshals.
