Weaver was allegedly seen on a viral video grabbing a man while they were speaking near Cross Street Public House restaurant and tightly wrapping his arms around his neck on Saturday night, according to a clip posted by Barstool Loyola.
The victim, whom the account identified as a student of Loyola University, Maryland, was seen struggling and kicking his legs as Weaver dragged him off the side of the street while still in a chokehold.
A crowd of horrified onlookers stood paralyzed as the assault unfolded, with some yelling, “Tap tap tap, let him go,” and “Yo! Chill out” at the bouncer.
The chokehold was broken up by a man wearing a security uniform, who helped the bouncer grab the man and restrain his arms, the clip showed.
The video has since racked up 9.6 million views on X.

It is unclear what sparked the confrontation.
Isaac “Yitzy” Schleifer, Councilman for the 5th District of Baltimore City, reposted the video to call upon authorities to hold the bouncer and other security guard “accountable,”
“Both Bouncers/Security guards need to be held accountable,” he wrote on X, tagging the accounts of the Baltimore Police Department and the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office.
A spokesperson for Cross Street Public House told WJZ that Weaver was not employed by the restaurant and that Ace Event Services Group provided security for the night.
It is still unclear if Weaver was employed by Ace Event Services, the outlet said.
The restaurant and security group have since severed ties, the spokesperson continued.
