A runaway MVP favorite

The NFL MVP is Josh Allen’s to lose.

The Bills’ superstar quarterback opened the season as essentially a co-favorite alongside Lamar Jackson for the award, but has since taken firm control in the race.

After just four weeks, Allen is already -105 at FanDuel Sportsbook to win the MVP for the second straight season.

Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert has the second-best odds, all the way down at +600.

With the Ravens struggling out of the gate at 1-3, Jackson’s odds have fallen to 10/1, which are the fourth-best odds on the board.

Trouble in Baltimore

Speaking of those Ravens.

After coming into the season as Super Bowl favorites, the Ravens are now just 11/1 to win it all in February, which are the sixth-best odds in football.

Despite their slow start, oddsmakers still expect to see Jackson and Co. in the postseason.

Ahead of their Week 5 matchup against the Texans, they are still -320 to make the playoffs in the AFC.

Puka’s rise

Puka Nacua is off to a historic start, and it has put him squarely in the Offensive Player of the Year race.

The Rams’ wide receiver has 42 catches for 503 yards through the first four games, making him just the second player ever to have at least 40 receptions and 500 receiving yards through four games, joining Wes Welker (2011).

Nacua took over as the OPOY favorite after another strong performance on Sunday.

He’s now +260 to win the award, outpacing Jonathan Taylor (+400), Bijan Robinson (+550), and Christian McCaffrey (+650), who are the only other players with odds better than 10/1.

Quarterback prospect chaos

After a turbulent first few weeks for college quarterbacks across the country, there’s a new favorite to be the first overall pick in the 2026 draft.

Betting on the NFL?

Indiana’s Fernando Mendoza is now +300 to be the first player off the board in April’s draft, surpassing South Carolina’s LaNorris Sellers and LSU’s Garrett Nussmeier.

Mendoza has led the Hoosiers to a 5-0 start, throwing 16 touchdowns with just one interception and 1,208 passing yards thus far.
