And, while she won’t make it to New York this time around, Robbins will get close when she hits The Met in Philadelphia on Wednesday, April 22 and Thursday, April 23.
“I can’t wait to see you in 2026,” the 56-year-old former lawyer shared via Instagram. “This is a once-in-a-lifetime night full of breakthroughs, laughter, and tools that will change your life.”
She’s not wrong; a skeptical critic from AOL responded in kind after attending a May 2025 ‘Let Them’ show at NYC’s Beacon Theatre.
“Robbins put on one hell of a show,” writer Kerry Jutsch wrote. “She started by telling the crowd a bit about her upbringing, her marriage, starting a family…[and] shared her rock-bottom moments and how they became the spark for the practices that have ultimately made her famous — the 5 Second Rule [Editor’s note: that is that “you are just five seconds away from a totally different life.”] and, of course, the ‘let them’ theory — sprinkling humor and humility throughout.”
If you’d like to see her live, tickets are available for all U.S. and Canada Mel Robbins 2026 ‘Let Them’ speaking engagements.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on tickets for any one show was $102 including fees on Vivid Seats.
Other gigs have seats starting anywhere from $112 to $203 including fees.

“Let Them” Theory
For those unfamiliar with what exactly the “Let Them Theory” is, Robbins explains the concept on a very human level.
“Your friends all go out to brunch together and they don’t invite you. Let them,” she wrote.
“The person you’re dating doesn’t want a commitment. Let them. Your spouse does not want to do the 5K with you. Let them. Your company is laying people off. Let them.”
“If you let them, then people will reveal who they truly are. And when they reveal who they truly are to you, you now know what you can choose next that’s right for you.”
Mel Robbins books
Over the course of her storied career, Robbins has authored nine books (including “The Let Them Theory”). Other popular titles in her oeuvre include “Take Control Of Your Life,” “The 5 Second Rule” and “Stop Saying You’re Fine.”
