President Trump will attend Thursday’s Yankees game in the Bronx on the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks.

Trump condemned the shocking killing of Kirk at Utah Valley University, where he was on his The American Comeback Tour.

“To my great fellow Americans, I am filled with grief and anger at the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk on a college campus in Utah,” Trump said in a video from behind the Resolute desk and posted to Truth Social.

Trump went on to call it a “dark moment for America” and blamed the “radical left” for inflammatory rhetoric against Kirk and others on the right.

The Yankees have warned fans ahead of Thursday night’s game to arrive early with extra security measures in place.

“Ticketed guests are strongly urged to arrive as early as possible and should budget extra time for entry due to enhanced security measures at all Yankee Stadium gates and entrances,” the team wrote on X.

Trump’s presence at the U.S. Open caused the start of the final between Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner to be delayed by half an hour on Sunday.

It is the final game of a three-game series between the Yankees and Tigers on Thursday night.

Detroit dominated the first two games of the series, outscoring the Yankees 23-3.
