“There was a little bathroom, and I went in there, and I took an ice cube, and I shoved it up my butt,” the Golden Globe winner, 60, recalled in his “aka Charlie Sheen” docuseries.

“I’ve never done that before,” he quipped in the Netflix release, which premiered Wednesday.

“Man, I was wide awake just enough to get back on the mark and finish the bucket scene with an ice cube in my ass,” the “Anger Management” alum joked.

Sheen also admitted to experiencing an 18-hour nosebleed while shooting a scene amid his cocaine abuse.

“I got director Brett Ratner to agree to make that shot go away forever. And he did, because we’ve never seen it, right?” he said.

“And that’s when it starts to get that the priorities couldn’t be more wonky. I was taking jobs to just fuel the habits.”

The documentary, as well as his “Book of Sheen” memoir, detailed the Emmy nominee’s tumultuous journey to sobriety.

His first intervention took place in August 1990, with a “weird mix” of people showing up to send him to rehab.

The group included Rob Lowe, Sheen’s 7th grade teacher and Clint Eastwood via phone call.

After Sheen’s relapse, he eventually overdosed on drugs and was turned into the police by his dad, Martin Sheen, which felt like the “biggest betrayal” at the time.

Charlie subsequently got clean again but became addicted to pills while working on “Two and a Half Men” and married to Denise Richards.

The former “Real Housewife” claimed her ex-husband became “very aggressive” before their divorce, and she sobbed over their “broken family” in the doc.

The reality star, 54, apologized for being “f–king emotional” but insisted the cameras keep rolling and show “the truth.”

Richards and Charlie, who has been sober since 2017, both attended the documentary’s Los Angeles premiere last week.

The former couple, who had not walked a red carpet together in two decades, were all smiles posing for pictures and hugged.

“aka Charlie Sheen” is available to stream on Netflix.
