Foot fetishist sexually assaulted 69-year-old nursing home resident by rubbing her feet with lotion, faces 99 years in jail

A sick ex-nursing home janitor massaged and pressed his genitals against the feet of a 69-year-old resident and could now spend the rest of his life behind bars.

A jury of Louisianans found Bobby Mendell Bester, of Slidell, guilty of sexual assault for his sickening actions against a helpless elderly woman in 2018, according to a release from District Attorney J. Collins Sims.

Bester, 47, entered the room of an unidentified victim who was lying down in her bed when the creep, there to perform janitorial duties, made a comment about one of her socks having fallen off her foot, trial testimony revealed.

The perv then closed the door, shut the blinds, and began massaging the woman’s foot with lotion while asking if she was ticklish, jurors heard.

He tickled her feet and pressed them against his genitals during the unwanted foot-groping, according to prosecutors.

When steps were heard outside the door during the nauseating massage, Bester would stop and wait for the coast to be clear before continuing his twisted touching, according to the testimony.

It took police six years to arrest the creep, finally putting the cuffs on his feet-fixated hands in February 2024. He acknowledged having a foot fetish but denied the accusations against him — though a jury disagreed.

Another woman, a local real estate agent, testified that Bester called her office under the guise of buying property but instead asked her on a date in 2007, the release stated.

After being rejected, Bester repeatedly called her and left a lurid and disturbing voicemail.

“Can I [masturbate] on your feet? I know you got sexy feet. Can I just suck on it or something?” Bester said in the recording.

That woman reported Bester to the police, according to the release.

Bester faces between 25 and 99 years in prison.
