The glam 6,000-square-foot ground loft-like maisonette, which includes subterranean space and skylit homework pods for their kids, comes with five bedrooms and 5.5 baths in a gracious building that dates to 1865. It’s configured like an upside-down triplex with an untraditional layout — and it works. Three skylights and oversize glass windows in the entire rear of the home add light so the space is not dark.
The residence also boasts unusual features, like a dog elevator specifically built for a stair-averse canine — and a glass table that drops from the ceiling with a press of a button. Press another button, and two tables emerge from the floor. All connect to become an extra-long dining table — for those times when you feel like hosting 68 of your closest friends for dinner.
The “entertaining floor” is 97 feet long, and the platform part has been used as a fashion runway — and also as a dance floor.
Designed by WorkAC Architects in collaboration with Rose and Jones, the home opens from a private street-level entrance to a living room with 16-foot ceilings, “gallery-sized” walls to display art and large storefront windows.
The living room leads to a raised bamboo platform with a wet bar, and that’s where the hidden tables can be tapped to appear on command. There’s also a “restaurant-quality” eat-in chef’s kitchen and a lounge wrapped in felt, along with a media area.
Sculptural stairs separate the public area from the bedrooms.
Two bedrooms share the upper level with skylighted lounge areas and a shared bath with dual entrances.
The middle level boasts the primary bedroom suite — with a killer “red carpet” style closet and dressing area — along with a spa-like bath, a separate home office and a private decked terrace.
The lower level boasts a large playroom, staff quarters, a guest suite and a temperature-controlled “tequila tasting room.”
The boutique condo boasts just five key-locked units.

Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
