Dua Lipa wears plunging cutout dress for second birthday look

Dua Lipa doesn’t do subtle — especially when it comes to celebrating her 30th.

Following a flashy turn last week in a white Jacquemus sequined dress with a strategically placed hip cut‑out, she returned to the party circuit (and to Instagram) in a molten‑silver chainmail creation by GCDS Creative Director Giuliano Calza.

The metallic disco ball-inspired number — open at the sides, slit high at the thighs, and sheer all over — was a cheeky choice for the dance floor, and showed off the tan the “Training Season” singer has been working on this past week in Ibiza.

Lipa will ring in her milestone birthday on August 22 (if she isn’t partied-out by then, that is).

The Service95 founder accessorized the slinky silver dress with strappy silver stilettos from Piferi and an array of statement jewels.

She wore a pair of Schiaparelli fish skeleton earrings ($4,460) fitting for a week spent on the Mediterranean.

Around her wrists, she added her go-to Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti bone cuff ($2,100) and open center cuff ($1,400), and finished the look with a diamond-encrusted pinky ring by Shay ($6,500).

The pop star shared snaps of the look on Saturday, Aug. 16 amid scenes of yachts, bikinis, and late-night revelry on her favorite party island.

She captioned the post with a shoutout to Calza: “my bestie made me a killer dress for another perfect night… everyone say thank you Giuliiiiiiii 🪩.”

And Lipa poked fun at herself: “also i’m gonna need to start a cake tally at this rate 🎂🎂🎂,” she said of the numerous celebrations.

Among Lipa’s birthday crew are her fiancé Callum Turner, family, and close friends.

Page Six broke the news that Lipa and Turner, 35, were dating in January 2024, and the singer confirmed their engagement this June.

Lipa kicks off the North American leg of her Radical Optimism Tour in Toronto on September 1. She’ll play 24 shows across Canada and the US before heading south to Latin America in November.
