Tip of the Iceberg
Jeremy Ruckert had a brutal drop, deflecting a pass from Justin Fields in the air and right into Brandon Stephens’ hands for an interception.

Caught My Eye
Fields bounced back with a strong showing after a few rough practices in a row. He went 7-for-14 with a touchdown and an interception and added a rushing touchdown as well. Six of those seven completions were to Garrett Wilson — including the touchdown pass. His interception came off the Ruckert drop, and his incompletions included a few throwaways in late-game situations.

Injury Report
DE Will McDonald IV (back spasms) returned to practice after exiting practice on Tuesday. DE Byron Cowart (ankle sprain) did not practice and is doubtful for Saturday’s preseason game. CB Azareye’h Thomas (shoulder), QB Tyrod Taylor (knee) and DE Mason Taylor (high ankle sprain) did not practice.
