Minnesota’s return for the pitcher has not been reported.

Jax, 30, has posted a 4.50 ERA in 50 appearances and 46.0 innings with Minnesota this season.
The pitcher, who has spent all five of his MLB seasons with the Twins, posted an ERA under 4.00 in each of the last three years, including a 2.03 mark in 2024.
Minnesota traded away many of its top players at the deadline, including shortstop Carlos Correa, closer Jhoan Duran and utilityman Willi Castro.
The Twins did not trade ace Joe Ryan, though.
The Rays traded starting pitcher Zack Littell to the Reds in a three-team deal Wednesday night and traded shortstop Jose Caballero to the Yankees Thursday before making the move to acquire Jax.
