Gird your loins: Filming for “The Devil Wears Prada 2” is officially underway in NYC, and the sequel looks to be just as much of a fashion feast as the 2006 original.

Set to hit theaters on May 1, 2026, the second flick — once again directed by David Frankel and written by Aline Brosh McKenna — will see Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci reprising their roles as Andy, Miranda, Emily and Nigel. They’ll be joined by a few newcomers, too, including Justin Theroux, Kenneth Branagh, Rachel Bloom and Simone Ashley.

And while there’s no word yet on whether iconic “Devil Wears Prada” costume designer Patricia Field is returning to style the sequel, the looks coming out of the set are as Runway-worthy as we’d hoped.

July 21, 2025: Return to Runway?

Is Andy Sachs back at her old stomping grounds? That Runway garment bag certainly suggests as much (as does the cell phone glued to her ear). Meanwhile, her jewelry alone — a beaded Marlo Laz choker ($26,800) and Jemma Wynn toggle necklace ($14,910) — likely costs more than what most of the magazine’s assistants make in a year.

Are you wearing … the Chanel dad sandals? Indeed, Andy’s swapped her iconic thigh-high boots for this more practical (but just as pricey, at over $1,000) pair. She’s wearing them with a Toteme tank top ($110), Agolde denim skirt ($248), her L.G.R sunglasses ($460) and — because even the most casual outfits could use a little bling — a diamond-studded Bulgari Serpenti Viper ring ($5,650).

July 21, 2025: Get ready to jump(suit)

Fashion meets function! Andy’s zippered denim onesie is from Re/Done’s 2022 collaboration with Ford (yes, as in the car manufacturer), her cat-eye sunglasses are Celine … and if you thought those Chanel sandals were pricey, check out that Valentino Garavani Panthea bag ($3,800).
