Alyssa Stoddard, recently promoted Astronomer VP of HR, identified as embarrassed woman on Coldplay kiss cam
The embarrassed woman seen beside Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and his colleague Kristin Cabot as they canoodled at a Coldplay concert has been revealed as one of their co-workers, per internet sleuths.
Social media users believe Alyssa Stoddard is the red-faced woman seen grimacing as Byron and Cabot ran from the jumbotron cameras in apparent shame at the rock band’s Boston concert Wednesday night.

A photo of Stoddard on LinkedIn features a brunette woman who bears a striking resemblance to the woman in the now-viral video. Page Six has not been able to independently confirm her identity, though.
People online have gotten into debates over whether Stoddard is in the video, with one person claiming via TikTok, “That’s not her. I know Alyssa and that is 100% not her.”
Meanwhile, another disputed, “It’s her. We gotta excuse the red face, she was about to feel the true power of embarrassment.”
Page Six has reached out to Stoddard for comment but has not immediately heard back.
Whether or not it was her in the video, the real Stoddard clearly has close ties to Cabot, who is her boss.
Five months ago, she announced via LinkedIn, “I couldn’t be more excited to announce that I’ve started my next adventure! I’ve joined Kristin Cabot (Thornby) and the amazing People team at Astronomer, leading People Operations and Strategy!”
She continued to gush over the Byron-led company in February, “Astronomer is on a mission to deliver the world’s data, and what I’ve experienced so far has been nothing short of inspiring. I’m honored to be part of this journey and can’t wait to see what lies ahead!”
The software company staffer then concluded, “Here’s to new beginnings and exciting opportunities 🚀.”
Despite being at Astronomer for only a short amount of time, Stoddard already received a promotion.
Last week, Cabot announced in a post via her now-deactivated LinkedIn account that Stoddard had been “promoted to VP of People at Astronomer.”
“I’ve had the true privilege of working with Alyssa at four different companies over the years — and every time she has brought an extraordinary mix of empathy, operational excellence and unwavering integrity,” the chief people officer wrote, per a screenshot of the message obtained by The Post.
“She’s also a thoughtful, values-driven partner who makes every team she touches stronger.”
As one social media user pointed out, “People are speculating she knew about the relationship and got promoted due to it. she was promoted 4 months on the job.”
Stoddard has continued to stay silent on the scandal and has not issued a formal statement. Neither Byron nor Cabot have spoken out on the matter, either.
Massachusetts court records obtained by The Post show that Cabot has been separated from her ex-husband, Kenneth Thornby, since 2018 and was officially divorced in 2022.
It appears, however, that Byron is still married and his wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, was blindsided by what was shown in his viral video. The CEO’s spouse removed his last name from her Facebook and has since deactivated her accounts.
Astronomer, for their part, has not commented on how the company is handling the scandal, but a rep debunked that a statement circulating online was theirs.
Page Six has reached out to a company spokesperson but has not heard back.
Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
