A dreadlocked female bandit allegedly broke into a parked MTA subway train in Queens Thursday morning and took it on a one-stop joyride before vanishing, police said.

The unidentified woman — who is still on the loose — commandeered the locked N train just after 4 a.m. at the Broadway station in Astoria before driving it to the 36th Avenue stop, according to an NYPD rep.

The subway-jacker described by police as having long red dreads, abandoned the empty rail car and fled the scene before authorities arrived around 4:30 a.m.

Video surveillance captured the female suspect entering the train — parked in the station’s lay-up track — through the conductor’s cab before the illicit jaunt, law enforcement sources told The Post.

Sources said the potential teen outlaw, who may have used a key to get the subway car running, fits the description of a woman previously arrested for a similar heist months several months ago.

Two 17-year-olds, a girl sporting a pink shower-cap like bonnet and a boy, were busted last September for taking an empty train at the Briarwood subway station for an illegal excursion.

The teens boarded the train just after midnight and operated it for a short distance before crashing.

The investigation into Thursday’s dangerous stunt is ongoing.
