“Working out and working on my angles,” she captioned her post.
Some of the tennis legend’s famous pals hyped her up in the comments section.
“Always preparing for summer!!!!!,” said Lala Anthony, while Naomi Campbell responded with a series of fire emojis.
“Shredded,” wrote Holly Robinson Peete, adding a fire emoji.
Peloton instructor Benjamin Alldis added: “I see you @serenawilliams 🙌 All those @onepeloton have been serving you well 👏.”
The former athlete and mother of two has been vocal about her love of Peloton in the past.
“Those Peloton people are so inspirational!” she told Self in 2021. “They’ll be like ‘If you can get through this, you can get through your day, so you gotta do it!’ I’m like ‘I got you! I’m here!’”
In 2022, she also revealed to Vogue her workouts used to consist of “HIIT workouts (high-intensity interval training), a little stretching, a little strength training, but mostly cardio training.”
“I do the cardio exercises on Tonal, which is really helpful for me just to get my body back and used to calisthenics,” she told the outlet.
“I don’t necessarily want a trainer in my room or in the gym with me, so just having the Tonal trainers is a relief. It’s just something different from what I’ve been doing for the past 20-plus years, and it’s refreshing.”
However, since she’s retired from her tennis career, Williams said she’s “way more active” just tending to her two daughters, Olympia, 7, and Adira, 1, whom she shares with husband Alexis Ohanian.
“As a mom, I’m actually way more active than what I was during tennis,” the 43-year-old said on “Today with Hoda & Jenna” last year.
“Obviously, (with) tennis, I was playing Wimbledons and stuff. But, as a mom, I’m gone all day.”
Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
