You knew the Young Bucks were going to need something substantial in return to agree to Strickland and Ospreay’s request that they put their executive vice president titles on the line at Globe Life Field on Saturday (3 p.m., Amazon Prime).

And boy, did AEW pick something intriguing for a match that would have, in the early years of the company, likely been allowed to be just the five-star-level match we expect with little at stake. It was one of the bigger criticisms of AEW.
