“The outpouring of support has been overwhelming to move this into a disciplined, well-oiled machine.”

Managing the re-elect bid will be Eugene Noh, the husband of Queens Councilwoman Julie Won, who has repeatedly sparred with Hizzoner during her time on the council.

Noh, the vice president of campaign and strategy at Legion Outreach, previously worked on Won’s campaign, as well as former Rep. Max Rose and various John Liu campaigns.

“In Eric Adams’ campaign 2.0, there’s going to be a night-and-day difference than 1.0,” Noh said. “He’s coming at this with a fighter’s mentality in place.”

“The city is at a crossroads and Eric Adams is here to show he has a track record to run on,” he said, adding, “People are going to be surprised.”

Adams formally kicked off his re-election bid as an independent in the days after the primary following a stunning upset when young-buck socialist Zohran Mamdani dethroned the longtime frontrunner, former Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

The mayor faces an uphill challenge to make it back to Gracie Mansion come next year with lagging poll numbers and the Democratic establishment starting to coalesce behind the 33-year-old Queens assemblyman.

Recent surveys have Adams in third or sometimes fourth place behind Mamdani, Cuomo and GOP hopeful Curtis Sliwa.

Also in the race is independent Jim Walden.

Also joining the re-elect campaign are advisers David Kaufman, who comes from The New York Post,  Chris Mills and Michelle Matsuz, as well as deputy campaign manager Sarah Danzig.

Carone told The Post the hires were just the beginning as the campaigns continue to build out.
