“It is not, and she said it!” Phypers chimed in. “But this is it. I’m done.”
“Yeah, I’m never getting divorced again. Even if we hate each other, I’m not gonna f–king get divorced,” Richards, 54, added.
The businessman, 49, agreed, saying, “No, we’ll just have different homes or something. … But we’re not gonna hate each other.”
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum was previously married to Charlie Sheen from 2002 to 2006.
Richards and the “Two and a Half Men” star, 59, share daughters Sami Sheen, 21, and Lola Rose Sheen, 20.
The Bravolebrity is also the mother to her adopted daughter, Eloise Joni, 13.
As for Phypers, he tied the knot with actress Nicollette Sheridan in 2015. They called it quits the following year.
Richards and Phypers started dating in 2017 and got married on Sept. 8, 2018.
Phypers pulled the plug on his six-year marriage with the “Wild Things” star on Monday.
The actor filed for divorce in Los Angeles, listing their separation date as July 4 and citing “irreconcilable differences.”
He requested spousal support from the reality star and claimed that their monthly expenses total $105,000.
While the exes have yet to speak out on their split, Richards shared a bikini photo via Instagram on Fourth of July — the day she and Phypers parted ways.
“Red, white, and a little bit ooh la la 🇺🇸,” she captioned the snap.
