One photo showed the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback posing front and center with Brittany and several other couples.
Patrick, 29, beamed while wearing blue swim trunks and sunglasses, while Brittany, also 29, matched him in a blue one-piece and white cover-up.
Another snap showed the mom of three smiling alongside her gal pals, as they all twinned in red-and-white “1995” hats, seemingly for the year they were born.
“Had the best time with my peeps,” Brittany wrote on her Stories.
Additional photos showed the couple enjoying their time on the boat as Patrick wore a white tank.
Patrick, meanwhile, has referenced his “dad bod” several times after a video went viral of him shirtless in the locker room following the Kansas City Chiefs’ AFC Championship win in January 2024.
“Yoooo why they have to do me like that!?!?!? 🤣🤣🤣 #DadBodSZN,” the quarterback wrote in an X comment at the time.
“Like i got kids!!!! @Chiefs @insidetheNFL @NFL 🤣🤣🤣,” he added, referring to his and Brittany’s children. (The couple shares Sterling, 4, Bronze, 2, and Golden Raye, 5 months.)
That June, Patrick mentioned his and his teammate Travis Kelce’s bodies while at the Big Slick Celebrity Party in Kansas City, Mo.
The NFL stars struggled to put their jerseys on as Patrick quipped, “This is dad bod season.”
“I have no kids. This is just what it looks like at 35!” Kelce quipped.
However, Patrick’s physique was previously defended by his trainer, Bobby Stroupe, who told People in September 2024, “I don’t need him to look like a model.
“The way he chooses to play requires a certain type of physicality, and that physicality needs more body fat. That is a core belief that I do have for him.”
At the time, Stroupe explained that “not a lot of quarterbacks in the Hall of Fame” have six-packs, “and there’s a reason for that.”
“We’ve got to find that fine line of performance and health,” he said, adding he believes quarterbacks should have “14% body fat,” so they can “take contact.”
Let’s be honest—no matter how stressful the day gets, a good viral video can instantly lift your mood. Whether it’s a funny pet doing something silly, a heartwarming moment between strangers, or a wild dance challenge, viral videos are what keep the internet fun and alive.
